Meet the GEMS – Where Passion Meets Purpose

Ronald Montoya

Chief Executive Officer

For 15 years, I had the honor of serving in the United States Air Force, where I learned that leadership isn't about a title, integrity isn't optional, and service doesn't end when you take off the uniform.

Those values didn't just shape my military career. They shaped the man I am today. Now, as a licensed life insurance agent with AO · Globe Life, I've found a new way to continue serving. My mission is to help fellow Veterans and their families understand their benefits, prepare for the unexpected, and protect the people they've worked so hard to provide for.

I know firsthand the sacrifices that come with military life, not just for those who serve, but for the families standing behind them. That's why I approach every conversation with honesty, respect, and a genuine commitment to doing what's right.

To me, success isn't measured by how many policies I write. It's measured by the families I've helped, the trust I've earned, and the lives I've had the privilege of impacting.

I proudly served my country for 15 years, and while my uniform may be retired, my dedication to serving others never will be.

The mission may have changed, but my commitment never will.

Once a servant of this nation, always a servant of its people.

As a single mom raising two teenage daughters, I know firsthand the importance of hard work, dedication, and building a future you can be proud of.

I spent over 20 years in the dental field, starting as a dental assistant and working my way up to office manager. While I loved helping people, I eventually realized something was missing. I was successful in my career, but I wanted something that fulfilled me on a deeper level. I wanted to make a difference, not just make a living.

That's when I found AO, and I haven't looked back!

Although I never personally served in the military, I come from a family with military roots, and I have a tremendous amount of love and respect for those who have worn the uniform.

Today, I have the privilege of helping Veterans and their families understand their benefits, protect their loved ones, and prepare for the future with confidence.

For me, this isn't just a career. It's an opportunity to serve those who have sacrificed so much for the rest of us.

I've finally found something that fills my heart as much as it fuels my purpose, and I couldn't be more grateful.

I may not have worn the uniform, but I'm proud to stand behind those who did.

Jean Marie Hills

Client Services Manager

I'm a licensed life insurance agent with AO · Globe Life, and for me, this career is about more than insurance. It's about protecting families, honoring those who serve, and making a difference in people's lives.

Growing up with a father who served in the military and attending military school myself, I learned early on the importance of discipline, integrity, respect, and looking out for others. Those values have stayed with me and continue to guide the way I serve families today.

Although my path didn't lead me into military service, my upbringing gave me a deep appreciation for the sacrifices our Veterans and their families make.

That's why I'm passionate about helping Veterans and everyday families understand their benefits, explore their options, and make informed decisions about protecting the people they love.

My approach is simple: Listen first, educate honestly, and treat every family with the same care and respect I'd want for my own.

Because at the end of the day, it's not just about the policy. It's about the people behind it.
